COACHING SERVICES
Coaching vs. Psychotherapy.
What is the main difference?
Psychotherapy practice includes the use, application, and integration of the diagnosis, assessment, prognosis, and treatment of mental disorders and health conditions that are done by a licensed healthcare professional. In addition, Psychotherapy is a commitment that usually requires from several sessions to several months.
Coaching is not to resolve the deeper underlying issues that cause serious mental and/or emotional problems. The focus is predominantly around concrete solutions and strategies. Sessions are typically faster and more educational that take form of a specific mentorship.
Coaching is aimed to develop and improve specific sets of skills for specific outcomes. The main purpose is to then apply those skills in area of leadership, communication, self-discipline, work performance, relationship with others, and creativity.
