INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy is a joined process between a therapist and a person. The aim is to inspire change and help to improve the quality of your life. Psychotherapy provides caterpillar for change to occur where you begin to learn to become clearer, accepting, and nonjudgmental observers of your thoughts and feelings, which reduces stress, anxiety, fear, and vulnerability to depression.

CHILD & ADOLESCENTS THERAPY

In working with children and young adults one of the most essential skills that I implement in my treatment for a healthy development is sharpening their life skills and identifying strength. I utilize integrative approach of various therapeutic techniques. But at the core essence is to be able to collaborate with family support. Parent plays an essential role in their childs’ life and therefore your involvement as a parental guidance, supporter, and observer is essential.

PARENTING

Parenting is a craft and also a skill that always must be evolved and improved. You will never reach perfection and you will always question whether or not you are doing the right thing. That is what makes it the hardest job in the world. It requires education and learning on a daily basis. Part of my job as a therapist is to be your guide and help you polish those skills that you can apply in your daily practice. In working with parents and guardians, I provide a lot of psychoeducation, teach parental communication skills and how to establish healthy boundaries between a parent and a child.

“Nothing has a stronger influence psychologically on their environment and especially on their children than the unlived life of the parent.”

Identity is something that shifts and growths through life as you confront new challenges and life experiences.
